We make sure your event goes off with a blast! We know that having a lot of people come to gather to celebrate, honor, remember, or whatever your occasion may be, is a lot of work to put together. Please note our Florence, AL location currently does not offer a banquet room. We can, however, accomodate large parties, so give us a call to speak with a manager about your arrangements.

Banquet Policy
Pricing and Billing
Prices include tax and gratuity. One-third deposit must be paid upon signing the banqet contract. Your deposit is non-refundable. Payment in full is due at the end of your function.
Menu Selection
Prices include coffee, tea, and soft drinks. All menu prices are subject to change. Menu selection must be submitted 2 weeks before your function.
Guarantee Policy
Number of guests in attendence at your event must be guaranteed 48 hours prior to the function. All charges will be based on your guarantee, no exceptions. If you do not submit your guarantee you will be billed for your "expected attendance" as listed on your contract. Legends will be prepared to serve up to 5% over your guaranteed attendance. You will be billed for the actual number of guests.
Alcohol
If you wish to be served alcohol at your event we require proper identification from each guest who wishes to be served. Cash or host bar is available. Please note: absolutely no liquor may be brought into the banquet room from outside sources. This is a violation of the Tennessee State Liquor Code. Legends has a zero tolerance policy in regards to this issue.
Liability and Security
Any damages done by you or your guest will be assessed and added to your bill. Legends will not assume responsiblity for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the function room.
